Due to being there the climate here is very different, that is in our country there are deserts where no drop of water can be found, there are freezing snow places, forests, waterfalls, seas, as well as beautiful island-like natural locations and there are many released places like ancient forts, buildings, stones, etc and why is our country in the tourism development index why are our Indians who have made the Maldivian economy shake because of one word why are our Indians going abroad without visiting the tourist places in our country today I am going to say that our country should attract many tourists but it is not happening but what is the reason for this will India become the top tourist destination in the world or not
99 percentage of the people on this earth are doing the same thing they are doing on a daily basis so then many mental problems like feeling bored will come in their lives so to escape from these many people leave their home and work place once or twice a year and go to a good tourist destination one to two three days vacation will be enjoyed but this process has started long time ago not a few thousand years people have been living like this leaving the area and exploring new places to press the mind is a basic nature of human beings and because of this Marco Polo Vasco Digama Columbus and people like Charles Darwin went back to many countries in the world a few thousand years ago and wrote in their books about the strange things there we got a subject called history because of this we are able to know what is the cultural heritage and greatest of our country but do you know what is the reason for all this Tourism is why every country in the world They also spend thousands of crores of rupees to make tourists travel and make people in their country known due to the arrival of tourists the country greatness is not only known to foreign countries
But the country also benefits economically For example the economies of countries like the Maldives, Macau and Fiji are highly dependent on tourism so think about how important tourism is to a country in other words India has a few thousand tourist destinations and cultural heritage. It has released the rankings of the fifty most beautiful countries in the world in that India is in the seventh rank but in the Travel and Tourism development Index our country is in the 54th rank which means that there are many places to see in our country but due to not developing them properly and making them known to the world our country tourism is a bit behind compared to foreign countries but what is the reason for this now let us look at the reason number one connectivity in every state of our country there are many places and buildings that tourists need to see but when we say India we remember only Taj Mahal Red Fort and Golden Temple the reason for this is actually the roads railways which are necessary for tourists to go easily to many beautiful places in India.
And the connectivity like airways is not good so due to this the people in the surrounding areas do not know much about that place except the people who are outside the area. In fact if tourism is to develop people from abroad should also know about that particular place and create a good transport facility to reach that place only then will tourism develop well there. Let me give you an example our two Telugu states also have many beautiful tourist destinations like Papikonda, Lepakshi, Warangal and Anantagiri Hills in fact many tourists see Telangana Hyderabad and Andhra that is Tirupati and Vizag the reason for this is the lack of proper connectivity to that particular location for example Lepakshi Temple in Andhra Pradesh has an amazing architecture like hanging pillars musical pillars and fine art work the same kind of art work can be found in Kakatiya Temples in Warangal there are no proper transport facilities to go to the historical places that is the nearest airport to go to this Lepakshi Temple is about 100 km away that too in Bengaluru in Karnataka so same to many tourist places in India
And many travel agency companies have their tourist packages on their website farm tourists from abroad do not know about these because they are not shown in the country If tourism is to develop you already understand how important road ways railways and airways connectivity is to those particular places four crore tourists have come and if tourism makes zero point three percent of our country GDP the point here is that there are so many beautiful locations in India do you know the reason for not getting as many tourists as expected several thousand crores of rupees are spent every year to attract tourists from abroad and small countries also spend crores of rupees on social media influencers and travel YouTubers to promote them on social media platforms like youtube and Instagram by giving free tickets to travel youtubers and exploring their country have done On the other hand if we look at the situation of our country, recently our country Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to Lakshadweep Islands and personally posted the beauty locations there on his social media account and publicized them.
