We all have a doubt once in our life that Puranas really happened or not. Many of them have heard all this since childhood and so they follow the Puranas without doubt but some rationalists argue that Ramayana, Mahabharata are fictitious stories. To tell whether these are true or false one needs to do a lot of deep research. To say that there are some evidences found in our country today let us discuss about them today we will discuss about them from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in India as well as in Sri Lanka which is right next to us some strong evidences have been found by our archeologists and historians to say that Ramayanaityas really happened. The meaning of head-shaped caves is that these caves in the Sri Lankan region are completely naturally formed. Archaeologists have confirmed that these caves are completely formed in the shape of a cobra head. According to the Ramayana legend Ravanasura brought Sita Devi here first after introducing her to some stories. There are also many pictures to strengthen this evidence. There are also inscriptions on the walls of this cave saying Parumaka navulia no The demons guarding Sita here called her Liya which means she was born while ploughing. Images sugar such words are concluded to belong to the BC period and on the basis of this it is believed that these are also objects of the period when the Ramayana took place.
Then Sitakokatua comes here Koti means fort. According to historical evidence this is the place where Mandodari is the wife of Ravanasura. This building is located in a place called Kurulu Pota. The name of the nearest town is the original calculation. This town is about 100 kms from the above mentioned Sigiriya area. Unaware Ravanasura brings her to his wife Mandodari house and tells Mandodari that she should be kept there but she refuses to agree and tries to convince her husband that she should send Sita Devi and seek refuge with Rama. It will be seen that this building has 50 steps from the south side into the adjacent river. It is said that Devi Sita came to bathe in this river for many days and then Ashoka Vatika is the last place of Sita Devi in Sri Lanka. The name of Ashoka Vatika is also called Ashokavanam. Presently it is in a place called Ashokavanam Garden in Sri Lanka. It is about 110 km away. In this Ashoka Vatika, Sita Devi is under the Shamshabad tree It is said that Hanuman met Sita Devi for the first time. It is here in this Ashokavana that we can see Hanuma big footprints. Ramayana really happened. It is a great strong foundation for the beauty. People come from all over the world to see these footprints. After Trincomani there is a temple called Thirukkoneswaram built on the edge of a big hill in this place. According to it is said that Lord Shiva who was impressed by Ravanasura’s devotion asked Agastya Mahama to build a temple here and there is a popular story that Rama also installed a Shivalinga here to avert the death of Brahma.
Then Colombo, Sri Lanka capital Colombo also has two famous temples that are evidences of the Ramayana epic the only temple in the world where Anjaneya is seen on a chariot and the temple is also believed to be the place where Vibhishana was crowned as the king of Lanka after the death of Ravana. One of the places related to Ramayana is that there is a water well that never fills up. It is said that no one has been able to find it. Some people believe that Rama shot an arrow into the ground to save his vanarasanya from water crisis during the war with Ravana. still exist these are naturally always filled with hot water then dark soil Now when burning Lanka Ravanasura kingdom was also set on fire that is why even today in some areas where Ravana’s palace is located the color of the soil is very different compared to other areas Historians Archaeologists noticed that after the Joint Elephant Ramayana Ravana It is said that there were huge elephants with 4 tusks in many places for guarding in Lanka. When Hanuman went to Lanka Ravana mentions about these huge elephants when he tells about the features of Lanka. Apart from that it is also believed that the Ramayana may have actually happened according to the period that scientists have told Next Ayodhya We do not need much introduction about the name Ayodhya as the birthplace of Lord Rama this place is very important as the archaeological remains found here are more ancient than many other places in the world.
This area in the state of Uttar Pradesh is full of many big and small temples here the Muslims have built mosques and places of worship but this place is also the center of many controversies there are many people who argue that Rama was not actually born here. This place also shows the need for all of us as Indians to come together and show interfaith equality by removing the inequalities. After that Lepakshi is a very familiar name to our Telugu people. This Lepakshi is a place 15 km from Hindupur in Andhra Pradesh. When Sita was abducted by Ravanasura, a divine bird named Jatayu came to save Ravanasura and stopped Ravanasura. But Ravanasuras power is not lost. Ravanasura cuts Jatayus wings with his sword and Jatayu falls down there. And when Rama Lakshmana comes in search of Sita Devi Jatayu who is breathless tells about Sita Devi trail and dies in Rama is lap. Rama calls Jatayu Lepakshi to wake Jatayu up. It is important so if possible you should also visit this place once Panchvati It is a name known to all of us in the Ramayana as it is the place where Ravanasura abducted Sita Devi It has great significance as this area is located on the left bank of the holy Godavari river in Nashik city It is believed that Rama Lakshmana and Sita spent some years here during the 14 years of their exile. There are also five big banyan trees hence the name Panchvati due to the Ramayana epic connection with this place and people still come from all over the country to bathe in the holy Godavari river here.
The cave where Goddess Sita is located is near these five big Banyan trees. A Shivalinga is seen in a cave on the left. It is believed that Ravanasura abducted Sita Devi from here.Nowadays there are many temples in this place. There is also a Tirtha called Ramakundu in this place. It is said that Lord Rama used to bathe in this Tirtha as long as he was here and that is why devotees mixed in this Tirtha will immediately drown in the water. Ashtakals are also joined here in Godavari after Ram Setu we read many stories and many controversies about this. We read in the Ramayana epic that Lord Rama built this Ram Setu with the help of his army to reach Ravanalanka. Rama with his great powers made the stones of the monkey army not to sink in the water. This Ram Setu is seen as connecting Sri Lanka. It is also known as Adam’s Bridge. It is about 48 kilometers long. NASA has also tested and said that the long sandstones on the Ram Setu road are naturally formed, but the rocks on them are not naturally formed. It has been concluded that the Ramasetu route was above the sea and may have been used to travel between Rameswaram and Sri Lanka. Many tools and piers were also found to build huge structures. With these evidences it is believed that Ram Sethu was actually built then Sanjeevani Mountain Lord Hanuman brought Sanjeevani mountain from the Himalayas for Lakshmana we read Ramayana and this mountain is also said to be the source of precious herbs that cure many diseases. Even now a mountain region called Dronagiri in the Himalayas is famous for such herbal plants
