Some more cases were filed against him in Annamaiya district on 4th August 2023 when Chandrababu Naidu was visiting Angala, YCP activists tried to attack him and Telugu Desam activists turned against YCP activists. In the past the police were also attacked by Telugu Desam saying that the police were acting unilaterally. During this attack Chandrababu Naidu said that he had spoken against the Telugu Desam party and because of his words there were clashes in Angala that day.
