That place is called capital or Rajdhani so in the capital there are all the buildings related to the government that is High Court Assembly CM office MLA office all these were in Hyderabad now Andhra Pradesh is separated so again the government billing should be constructed in AP so Andhra Pradesh needs a new capital that is capital. Already if there is Vellore city in AP then you can select it but Chandrababu thought that it is not correct because if you select Vijayawada for Sapos all the roads there are already narrow so if you prefer that area there will be traffic problems in future if you want to select Vizag it is far away from all areas in AP so also Vizag There is no possibility to prefer so Chandrababu thought of one thing, instead of existing cities he wanted to construct the new capital from zero. For that he preferred Amaravati. Now we have to construct government buildings there we need to construct something. First we need land and money. Even if we want land we need money. Where is this money It should be brought from AP already there is a deficit in the budget which means expenditure is more than income. A scheme has been introduced for so land if a farmer gives one acre of land to the government.
After the government develops that land, the government will return a quarter of an acre of land to the farmer. Then the farmers can give the developed land for offices or shops or build a house in it. Until the land is developed the government will pay 30 thousand rupees to 50 thousand rupees per acre to the farmer who gave the land every year. Acres of land were taken If Chandrababu had not come up with this idea the AP government would have had to go around for quotes in the matter of land now we need money to construct buildings on that land, we need 48 thousand crore rupees to make the first phase but the central government has given only 1500 crore rupees the state already has a deficit in the budget. So for money AP Government raised 2000 Crores by issuing bonds at 10.34% interest in Bombay Stock Exchange they collected some from Banks some from Banks some from Development Corporation they are moving forward with a good vision in 30 years Ward Class Capital will be Amaravati, some people say that capital is not yet seen in Hyderabad. Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, none of these were built in five years they have been constructing since 70 years even now those cities are still developing but not yet developed. So it takes time Minimum 20 years to form a capital Planning land polling is a process that takes a lot of time but they are completed within two years Capital is completed in all four pages Already 80% of the first page is completed. First phase will be completed before 2019 Sun Second problem is revenue After Hyderabad went to Telangana.
There were no sources to bring revenue to AP so they thought how to increase the revenue. In 2015 the revenue of AP was 90000 crore rupees. In 2018nit was brought to one lock 1,50,000 crore rupees, which means it has increased by almost 40%. 4000 crores Telangana revenue in 2019 is 1,41,000 crore rupees compared to Telangana, Chandrababu was able to create a revenue of 9000 crore rupees more for Andhra Pradesh in just four years with his ideas. Another thing is that once Telangana had 12% debt the debt increased to 22% in 2018. At the same time, if AP once had 36% debt it was increased to 27% in 2019 by Chandrababu Naidu. So AP will improve in terms of revenue. In next 2 to 3 years, Andhra Pradesh will become a revenue circle state. Third problem Electricity When the states were separatednthere were two million units of electricity in Andhra Pradesh. In just six months Chandrababu converted AP into an electricity supplementary state. This project is complete but water will come to entire AP. Water is given to Rayalaseema. Second phase work is also 70% complete. In this project Srisailam Reservoir water will be sent to Rayalaseema by Godavari. First Phase of Penna Interlinking Project has been done due to which Guntur and Prakasam districts will get enough water. In this way for the Chandrababu completed the irrigation projects. There is a good coastal area in AP and Chandrababu wanted to use it. For that he started constructing Machilipatnam port and Ramayapatnam port. Ramayapatnam will be completed by 2023. Actually the port should be built by the central government but the state government started constructing it as the central government did not support it.
