TVS and Suzuki companies were finally separated in 2011 due to internal conflicts in the company so after the separation Suzuki company did not accept their brand to be part of the TVS group, so due to this the company which was previously known as TVS Suzuki Limited became TVS Motors Company Limited after 21 years.
