Atal Bihari Vajpayee is a great leader in the history of the country. He rose from the level of a common man to the level of the Prime Minister of the country. Today children have the opportunity to study for free. That is the scheme he started. In this video I am going to tell about Vajpayee, the person and such a great person. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was born in 1924 in a town called Walior in the state of Madhya Pradesh. An organization formed for Vajpayee joined due to his interest in it Vajpayee also participated in the independence movement in 1942 the Quit India Movement took place. Many activists protested against the British to leave India and Vajpayee participated in the movement
For that the police arrested him and kept him in jail for 24 days. He also studied political science so he was asked to work as a writer in newspapers. He was interested in politics and studied political science so he wanted to enter politics. Slowly he earned a good name for himself in the party, so the party gave him an MP ticket. In the 1957 election Vajpayee contested two Lok Sabha constituencies on behalf of the Bharatiya Janasank Party. He lost in one constituency and won in another constituency. It is also known that elections will be held again in the place of resignation. But Vajpayees speech was very good when he was in the Lok Sabha. So much so that one day Johar Lal Nehru called Vajpayee and praised him because Vajpayee also said that he would become the Prime Minister of this country.
In 1971 a man named Raju Narayana made a slander and slander against Indira Gandhi and filed a case in the Allahabad High Court because Indira Gandhi used in the government officers for her election campaign. And it was said that he used government assets for his own influence But in this case, the judgment was given in 1975. It means that Indira Gandhi used government employees and government assets for campaigning in the elections held in 1971 so we are canceling her post of MP and the post of Prime Minister. Then Indira Gandhi appealed that judgment in the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court got a stay, which means Emergency was declared because during the time of Emergency elections are not held, her position remains the same, and if anyone protests against her, she can be arrested. They were arrested by Indira Gandhi and Vajpayee was also among those who were arrested. During the time of emergency, leaders like LK Advani, Arun Jaitley, Venkaiah Naidu were also in jail for a few months. After 21 months of emergency, elections were conducted again in 1977. Together they formed a new party named Janata Party and contested in the elections and the Janata Party won the elections. The Congress party was defeated. The reason for the defeat of the Congress party was because of Indira Gandhi imposition of emergency the Janata Party got more seats. They should manage. They should speak well about India in various international organizations like UNO.
In 1977 Vajpayee became the first person to give a speech in Hindi in the United General Assembly. There were internal differences among some of the leaders in the party and some of them left the party. Some of them who left joined together and formed a new party called Bharatiya Janata Party BJP in 1980. The reason why Vajpayee got such a big position in the party was because of his good name and his words slowly brought new people into the party. They came to strengthen. Congress won the elections in 1990 and Indira Gandhi became the Prime Minister.Indira Gandhi died in 1984. Her bodyguard Se was shot out of 514 seats held 44 seats were won, BJP got only two seats, Vajpayee who contested as an MP in the elections also lost and again he strengthened the party. He became the prime minister but BJP did not have enough MPs to form the government so they wanted to take the support of MPs from other parties but no one gave support so Vajpayee had to resign after 16 days of becoming the prime minister formed a new government the government also collapsed in 1998 because Congress educated its support again elections Even in the elections held, no party got all the required seats to form the government but BJP got more seats this time BJP formed the government with other parties but Vajpayee became the prime minister. In 1999 the government fell again due to Jayalalitha education of her party support. Vajpayee resigned and elections were held again. Elections were held three times in 1996 and 1998.
In 1999 this time BJP got all the seats required to form the government. Vajpayee became the Prime Minister and remained the Prime Minister until 2004. Vajpayee conducted a nuclear test in 1998 without anyone knowledge. Before that Indira Gandhi conducted it in 1974. Because of that Vajpayee imposed sanctions on India for doing so. At the same time the sanctions imposed on India by the world countries were removed. Vajpayee thought that there should be no quarrel with Pakistan. He worked hard to improve the bilateral relations between the two countries and for that he started the bus service between ourselves In that same bus India crossed the Pakistan border. In 1999 some shepherds living in Kashmir noticed some people walking around with weapons. They informed the police about this matter. What was known during the investigation was that all of them wanted to occupy the terrorists some of them were Pakistani soldiers in normal dress. After learning this the Indian Army started Operation Vijay. The Indian soldiers fought 70 On the other hand, world countries put pressure on Pakistan due to which the Pakistani infiltrators in the rest of the region went back. In 1999, terrorists coming from Nepal to Indi hijacked and landed in Afghanistan. In order to release the passengers on the flight they demanded to hand over their men who were staying in the Indian jewellers. Then the Indian Government As the terrorists demanded Afghanistan took their men from the jail and handed them over. Then the terrorists released the passengers. This incident gave Vajpayee’s government a little bad name.
In 2001 five terrorists entered the Parliament compound in a car. The car they used was a car used by politicians. In this firing eight security officers and a gardener were killed five terrorists were killed by the police and this incident also brought the Vajpayee government into disrepute. In 2002 a train traveling with Hindu pilgrims stopped at a railway station called Godari in the state of Gujarat. There was a fight between Muslims and Hindus in that station. The train was set on fire and 59 people disputes. Due to this incident there were clashes between Hindus and Muslims in Gujarat state. At the time BJP was in power in Gujarat, Narendra Modi was the chief minister but the state government failed to stop the riots but Vajpayee did not take any action against Modi. Vajpayee has also done many developmental works two of the most important projects are the Golden Quadrilateral Project and the second is the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sabha Yojana. He wanted to connect the important cities of the country through highways. Where is the money for such a big project and how can the land be collected But Vajpayee has shown that the villages should also be developed. Under the name of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana thousands of kilometers of roads were built in the villages under the name of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. Many students have benefited by bringing good changes in the field of Telegram. Until then the government had to pay to use the telecom company so the telecom company put the burden on the people. Vajpayee removed the method and brought a policy to pay a percentage of the revenue of the telecom company to the government, so the people got telecom services at a low price. The number has increased considerably. Once Vajpayee spoke in the Parliament and told about some events. There was Nehru portrait on the wall of the secretary in Delhi. I participated in debates with Nehru many times in the Parliament.
