Did you know that all the land in China is owned by the government fom near the crop fields used by farmers to build houses from the registration land used for building companies to the land used for companies all the land belongs to the government. The land there does not belong to the people. The land is for residential purpose i.e. for building apartments or individual houses, the government of China leases the land for 70 years the same for industrial purpose 50 years for education purpose 50 years for commercial purpose, 40 years the government leases the land there. If the building cannot be constructed the government will take back the land. The land you lease from the government should not be given back to other people for rent. So what is the benefit of such a land policy. If the land ownership is with the people they will rent their land to someone without any effort. They earn money then what is the use of them for the country the productivity is lost the land prices are not under control, they increase the land places according to the demand because of this the country is not useful if the same land is with the government the government will control it so that its prices do not increase, then even a common man can lease the land and use it. It can be used for building any road, laying railway track setting up a company taking land very easily and starting work quickly that is why there is no delay in intersection projects in China no matter how big the project is it can be completed very quickly.
The revenue generated by leasing is then spent by the government again for the people. If we look at it in India the land ownership is with the people that is why the landlords who have a lot of land rent out their land and earn money because of their hard work. Because of them, there is no productivity for the country. Land prices increase greatly as the demand increases. The land prices will increase the country will have an acre worth crores of rupees without any productivity then it will be very difficult for a common man to buy land. Money can not be saved. If you want to build any mall, you will buy land with crores of rupees. To get back the investment the products inside the mall will be sold back to us at higher rates. It will be very difficult to acquire land for building any road, railway track or setting up a company. Companies go to China instead of coming to India because there are less land faces land found quickly infrastructure is better compared to India so companies go to China jobs are lost in India people income is reduced development is slow. That is why our country has not developed so fast because of this one reason India has not fallen behind and there are many similar reasons among them the second reason is not controlling the population. In 1955 China population was 60 crores India population was 40 crores. In 2018 if China population was 140 crores India population would be 135 crores there are regeneration The difference of 20 crores in 1955 has now come to five crores.
If China is working to reduce the population we are busy increasing it. China introduced one child policies in 1979. According to this policy, married husbands and wives should have only one child but because the population was not controlled it had to be introduced. If anyone violated this law there were heavy fines. They had a lot of property but they had at least five children each so the property was divided so when we came to our grandparents, the property divided by our grandparents was reduced a little when it came to our fathers it was further reduced when it came to us. Due to the families having more children the property has been divided and now their children have become poor. If two children were born in the same family by the time our generation came, there would have been a little left of the athlete. It is difficult to provide three meals of rice to their three children. What else can they do with that money to educate them? Even if they do not have the means, even if they do not have the knowledge mistakes are being made in the society because of having children like this. That is why there are many enterprises in our India. Those who are unable to pay have to stay doing jobs for the rest of their lives Due to the lack of many enterprises the growing population is losing jobs therefore due to population control, today China is ahead of India if the number of educated people is 20 percent the number of educated people in India is 18%
From this data it is clear how much importance the Chinese government has given to literacy. In 1970 the Chinese government said that you should start running only if you write it down. The whole of India has become a single language. If it had been our first there would have been more educated people in China as well as in our country. Fourth Reason Political Stability In 1970 our country was in an emergency situation and if political parties were killing people without caring about them China would reform with only one party. Political stability is very important if a country is to develop well and that is what happened in China
There is only one party and they focus on doing good to the people instead of focusing on it but once we have political leaders after winning they focus on how to get back the money spent in the elections and how to win the next elections again. They do not care about the people. Elections keep happening in some state. The whole country keeps having election fever. Parties keep changing. Those who come and go loot as much as they came. So for a country to develop well there must be political stability. Technology transfer. If any foreign company wants to come and do business in China that company must be a local company. Type and transfer technology and do business, that is why there is a copy of each and every Westin company. They copied the iPhone as well as Twitter, Facebook, and others copied them. Westin companies copy everything. In China their companies copy them again and again. They go as far as they can for the benefit. The company there government protects well that is why here facebook twitter youtube google all banner but these companies are run by copying local companies but not like that in India we have few ethics and values but atleast our government should protect local companies but they do not do that one is busy with work He gets 150 marks but he does not get a seat in IIT but he does not get a job he studies lightly. So now it is difficult to say all that we have to think about what we can do to make India better. I will tell you some ideas that I know. These are just my own opinions. First the land places should be controlled by the government. They are increasing the land faces as they like. There should be a limit to land prices in urban areas. Then land will be available to the common man
