A poor family lives in a small fruit business in Mulki, Karnataka, a poor family lives in that family so there are seven children in that family so the father thought that if he did not even have one son his lives would change so the father worked very hard to educate his younger son but that boy was seventh class twice tenth class twice. They have failed so why is he still useless the father took the whole family along with the boy and went to Mumbai where his eldest son was running in a tiffin hotel he used to wash the plates with this boy and clean the tables the same person who failed in his studies that day 300. A company with a turnover of crores of rupees was founded by the same naturals ice cream and that person is not Mr. Raghunandan Srinivas Kamath but how did all this happen He believed in a small idea and started with six workers in a small room. He started his business today with 160 stores across India. How did this man rise to the level of competing with a big company and competing with a big company he did not know English he failed in the tenth class twice. At the time of 1980 Raghunandan family was in a situation where he could not earn even 100 rupees per month by doing a small fruit business in Karnataka. Although it was difficult to live, Raghunandan’s father took his entire family and went to Mumbai from Karnataka where his elder son was running, the whole family started working there together in a Udupi hotel and because Raghunandan was not well educated no one would pay him much washing and cleaning tables
But the thing you need to know here is that because Raghunandans father has been doing the Pallava business for many years he has some knowledge about that business that is how to select the ripe ones what kind of fruits people buy more what kind of information, but Raghunandan spent many days in the Udupi hotel run by his elder brother. After working there he noticed one thing that many people like to eat something sweet after having dinner and also most of them eat ice cream but the problem here is that there were not many flowers in ice creams, only these two flowers were honey and strawberry. They used to consume a lot of them, so Raghunandan noticed this and suggested to his elder brother to focus on the ice cream business and set up an ice cream parlor but none of his brothers agreed to it. No one cared so finally one day his family business Udupi Hotel was shared by all his brothers and took their shares and Raghunandans share also got some money but he wanted to start an ice cream business but initially he did not have the idea of how to win in that business because in the market Many people are selling ice creams, so while thinking of doing something new, he got an idea at the time which is that most of the ice creams in the market have strawberry flower and mango flower written on them. It means that those fruit flowers are mixed in those ice creams but the idea that came to Raghunandan here is that artificially using a fruit flower to make ice cream
And why not use the pulp of natural fruits directly to make ice cream and execute the idea. Raghunandan started an ice cream parlor named Natural Ice Cream in 1984 with the money he got from his share of the hotel. But at that time the concept of ice cream parlor was very new to India because at that time Arun used to supply ice creams and quality but they did not set up a dedicated ice cream parlor anywhere because at that time many people saw ice creams as a premium product that is if common man eats kulfi only rich people eat ice cream. Raghunandan noticed this and opened his ice cream parlor in an area where rich people hang out in Mumbai but it cost a lot of money at that time. After that he opened his ice cream parlor but no matter how hard Raghunandan started the business after investing a lot of money, his ice cream was not selling well, so even after noticing this he used to serve ice cream as well as Pavu Baji which is widely eaten in Mumbai in his parlors to attract customers to his parlors. They make it more spicy than what it is so because of this those who come to eat Pau Baji also eat ice cream to cool the spiciness, so then the customers understand very clearly what the taste and unit is in their ice cream. On the one hand if the income of the company increases on the other hand the ice cream made by him will also reach more people. Do you understand the logic Finally after he became very famous in the ice cream market for a few days.
He stopped selling pau baji and served only complete ice cream in his parlors. He used to make ice creams using five types of fruit person but the ice creams he made should be natural as per the name. So what happened because of this is that the ice cream made with artificial flowers and the ice cream made with natural fruit have a lot of difference in the test. So the people who have tasted this ice cream for the first time like its taste and suggest it to their friends as well so it is very popular among customers. Expanded rapidly. This is called word of mouth I have said this many times before, so after the adoption of the Economic Reference by the Indian Government in 1991 many international companies that manufacture ice creams started their business in India but do you know that competition is also the reason for the survival of the Naturals Ice Cream Company The unity in the product means that all the companies use fruit flowers and preservatives in the preparation of ice cream but the natural company uses fruit juice directly so there are many companies in the market who have separate customers for the natural ice cream. Those who give more importance That is in the starting he launched only five types of ice creams but slowly increasing them, the result is supplying 125 types of ice creams. But the point here is that even these 125 flowers have good demand from customers But Raghunandan started the business behind this which means customer feedback
That is, every time a new flower is launched in the market he takes personal feedback from the customers to know how it is tested, if the customers like it, that flavor will be in the list. There is a problem in Raghunandan business which is that generally no matter which company makes ice creams there is a difference in their flowers but the making process is almost the same but the making process of natural ice cream is also very different compared to other companies because the ice made by him is Since natural fruit pulp is used in creams it takes a lot of time to separate the seeds so Raghunandan noticed this, even though he failed in tenth class, he recruited some engineers and made it and Raghunandan also took 18 rights on that mission design, which means he allowed the machine. Without it who else can not use it so how do you supply it After seeing the demand coming from customers for his business Raghunandan wanted to expand all over India quickly so he looked at the Francis business model so by giving Francis a company can expand quickly. So with this idea, this company which started with just five prom hands today has opened more than 160 franchises across India and makes a turnover of more than 300 crores every year. In terms of marketing Raghunandan has been growing his business by showing the quality and taste of his product directly to the customers and soon this company is going to open its stores in countries like Singapore and Dubai in addition to India. But despite maintaining high standards in terms of quality, Raghunandan does not market his products like his competitor companies so many people do not know about this natural ice cream even if it is an Indian brand.
