However according to the information given by some employees most of the softwares used in these scooters were fixed and launched without complete testing so the display hangs in these scooters and they have to reboot meter does not show properly If a distance range of 130 kilometers is given practically it will be only 72 to 80 kilometers this range will not come even and even in even speed range there will be a huge difference between the speed announced by this company and the actual speed. Another main problem in electric is customer support compared to other companies. But company customer support is not so good. Many people run campaigns on social media to ask them to improve their customer support. Even some customers protested by burning their own scooters. They should know how much it will solve so finally we have talked to Ola Scooters for many customer facing problems but here we all have to remember that Hero Motors has no experience in two wheeler business like Bajaj Auto.
