Andhra Pradesh was the first language speaking state formed on November 1 in 1953 due to Potti Sriramulu’s hunger strike and from that day back to November 2 in 2014 until the separation of Andhra Pradesh from Telangana, it is a prominent state in the states known as Annapurna. Let us know about Andhra Pradesh which created fame and established our state to a good level. But after November 2 in 2014 that is after Telangana was separated from Andhra Pradesh and formed as another new state till today in these nine years Andhra Pradesh is completely separate and the people of Andhra Pradesh are completely separate. All together ignited love for the state and political interest among the people on a large scale. The love and interest of the people towards the state has changed completely. Apart from development people are more interested in what matters they started doing politics based on what people show their thinking, but they stopped doing politics on development and started doing politics with peoples sentiments. In short politics with a slogan of triple c means caste capital connection caste means caste and caste politics means caste politics. It is a problem that many people are doing these days. How did caste politics start in Andhra Pradesh Today I am going to tell about the damage done to the state by doing this and how the politicians benefit by doing this caste politics by abandoning all the work that should be done for the development of the state.
Caste has always been a part of the society so reservation has been made in the name of castes in the constitution but if we divide the population of Andhra Pradesh by caste, BCs are 37%, OCs are 33%, SCs are 16.6% minorities. If we look at these figures it can be understood that BCs are more in the population of the state. Similarly BCs mean only Christians. No Yadavs Rajakulu Mudirajas Settibalija Vadabalija Nai Brahmin, Blacksmith Kummari Vadrangi and Kansali Kuruva how are so many types of caste together Total there are more than 15 Upkaras Similarly 33% are Kamma Kapu Reddy Pramana Kshatriyas but in Andhra Pradesh state 37% are BCs but 33% are above OC. In the state of Andhra Pradesh, which has a total of 175 assembly seats 29 seats have been reserved for SCs and seven seats for ST so out of the total 170 seats 36 seats are reserved and in the remaining 139 seats BCs or OCs can contest. Caste is an opportunity given by the constitution to the social groups, but the establishment of the government is the goal of every political party. In order to reach Akshaya, the political parties try many ways to criticize the government and do things to impress the people. But in the current situation in Andhra Pradesh, there are seven political parties namely YSR Congress Party, Telugu Desam Party, Jana Sena Party, Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress Party, CPI and CPM, but only three main parties namely the ruling YSR Congress Party the opposition Telugu Desam Party and the Jana Sena Party are among the people.
Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress Party are the most popular political parties and are not popular among the people But Bharatiya Janata Party that is BJP as the party in power at the center is trying to gain some recognition among the people now, but the three main parties in Andhra Pradesh are YSR Congress Party, Telugu Desam Party Jana Sena Party and it is the intention of the people that caste politics is happening mostly in the case of these three parties. If we take a look at what started in united Andhra Pradesh before 1982 that is before Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao founded the Telugu Desam Party the Congress Party was dominated by Reddy Velamas. The MLAs gave MLA tickets to the caste people, that is the BCs but after NTR became the chief minister it is said that the Kamma class started their journey in Andhra Pradesh politics but NTR never did politics on the basis of caste. According to the existing situation the two major castes Rata Kammavaru were doing their own politics with two separate parties namely Congress and Telugu Desam, but if we look at an incident in history some incidents that happened in Vijayawada region in 1970 can be said to be the beginning of caste politics.
Radha was well received by the Kapu community as the leader of the student union and started to rise in politics but in 1974 Radha health problem caused suffering to all the people in the state. Kapu social groups became enemies of each other and then the Vangaveeti Ranga Gari health problem in December 1988 also created a political uproar once again..
….
Kamma Kapu caste clashes again took place in Vijayawada. For about 45 days the Vijayawada area was torn by caste clashes. This caste hunting, which continued in 1970 continued fiercely until 1990 but the killings between the leaders of two strong social groups turned into a bit of caste clashes in the state for about 20 years. They saw each other as enemies and the Kapu community felt that they had lost their strong political leaders in this conflict and at the same time the Kapu community believed that the then Telugu Desam government was supporting the Kamma community. The dominance of the Reds in the state politics started again and then the Praja Rajyam party founded by Chiranjeevi in August 2008 attracted the Kapu social class very much. All the Kapu leaders were behind the Praja Rajyam and were very active so Chiranjeevi had all the support of the Kapus. In this way, another caste got a chance to rise politically in the state, but with the election of Congress and who was also in the 2009 election YS Rajasekhar Reddy got a chance to become the Chief Minister for the second time. After some time Roshaiahs resignation within 15 months of becoming the Chief Minister when Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy was made the CM it was once again clear that the Reds were the primary in the Congress Party and in February 2011 when Chiranjeevi merged his Praja Rajyam Party with the Congress, the entire Kapu community had to join the Congress Party. Jaganmohan Reddy founded the YSR Congress Party against the Congress Party in the name of his father.
.
And again in 2014 when the elections were held, the united state was divided into two separate states Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The elections held in 2014 had to be held in two states but the people of Andhra Rayalaseema region who opposed this division completely turned against the Congress party. YSR Congress appeared in the party many Congress leaders up to Reddy had to join the YSR Congress party to save their political future at the same time in 2014 Pawan Kalyan also founded the Janasena party in 2014 elections as the people gave power to the Telugu Desam Party supported by the Janasena and the BJP party and the chances of Chandrababu Naidu working as the Chief Minister. But before 2014 that is when Andhra Pradesh was a united state, the politics of the state was separate.
The politics of the state was completely dominated by the regions. Telangana Andhra and Rayalaseema were doing politics in the name of regions. Since the formation of TRS party for the formation of a separate state in 2014 until the formation of Telangana state in 2014 the Telangana movement was Andhra Pradesh. It ran on a large scale and for these five years from 2009 to 2014 the Telangana movement ran in full swing, so all the politics took place within the state, and the political parties did not have much opportunity to do caste politics. Caste politics has always been in politics but after the separation of the state in 2014 caste politics reached a new level in the newly formed Andhra Pradesh. One of the important things to note about the start of this caste politics in Andhra Pradesh is that the Telugu Desam Party came to power in 2014 which means that the power lost in 2004 was regained after ten years after long days the ysrcp will won the election and continued the progress
